There is a new music venue in town and it's no other than Floyd. Fuzz productions write about it on their site: "This brand new venue, located downtown Athens, will soon be a jaw dropping destination for all concert goers! ".This brand new locations for live music lovers is located in the heart of Athens,in the well known nightlife street of Gazi,at Peireos 117.So Floyd starts the season strongly with a banger!Floyd Live Music Venue presents EPICA!

EPICA, the symphonic metal band we all know and love are coming for one more time to the exotic Greece,back to the capital,to fill our lives with one aetherial Hell of a show.And not just a show,but their 20 year anniversary celebration!I had the luck to see Epica performing live for the first time a bit earlier this year at a Festival in Transylvania and they were breath taking.So as Greeks say when someone does something new and someone else brings them good luck for the start Epica "will step inside with their right foot" in Floyd.

Epica announced new tour dates for Europe.One of them is the night that they will celebrate their 20 Year Anniversary in Athens,Greece, on October 26th,2023  at the brand new Live Music Venue,Floyd.

I read somwhere about Epica's music " bombastic orchestrations coupled with exuberant choirs, beauty-and-the-beast lead vocals, lyrics emotionally invested in myriad societal realms, and a distinct power-prog metal personality that no other band successfully emulates."and I don't think I can describe them better than this reviewer on angrymetalguy.com .The band is a bounch of  Dutch Symphonic Metal titans and I cant't describe my happines for the announcement of the new tour dates.

There are two dates for two different cities in Poland, Monday March 11 at Klub Tama, Poznań and Tuesday, March 12 at Klub Kwadrat, Kraków.

EPICA Celebrate Their 20 Year Anniversary in Athens!

October is finally here and right before the Halloween parties and madness start a wonderful surprise is awaiting.What could be better than a symphonic metal show during the spooky era? Nothing.Correct. Metal is always the correct answer. Nothing could be better that Epica visiting your city this hot and cold period and any other period of the year,to be honest.They're magical all year long.

Epica is a Dutch symphonic metal band, founded by guitarist and vocalist Mark Jansen after his departure from After Forever. Formed as a symphonic metal band with gothic tendencies, later Epica have incorporated into their sound strong death metal influences. 

The band will perform one night at Istanbul,Turkey(28.10.23) and one night in Athens,Greece(26.10.23).Per EPICA's instagram post: "🇬🇷Greece+Turkey🇹🇷! We’re coming back to you in October. Tickets available now at the 🔗LIB🔗. Who are we seeing?".Really glad to announce you that EPICA will celebrate their 20 Years Anniversary in one of those shows,the one in Athens,Greece at the brand new live music venue of the city, Floyd.

Having experienced an Epica live show before,with goosebumps and tears in my eyes,trully moved by the music and the Simone Simon's aetherial vocals,I think I can guarantee that this is going to be a good night.One of the very good ones,the ones we will remember.Also quite curious to see the new greek venue,Floyd.Always curious in a good way.In a - can not wait for it - way.Get your tickets fast people!We have an anniversary to celebrate!
